Pricing

Per record. The more you take, the less each one costs.

Base price is set by industry, then adjusted for age. Records that have never been sold carry a first-touch premium. Aged and vintage records are discounted because you can see exactly how old they are before you buy.

SourcingWhere does the data come from?
Records are sourced from opt-in web forms, quote-request funnels, and licensed compiled files. Every record carries its source category in the delivered file, so you always know whether you're messaging someone who filled out a form or someone who appeared in a compiled list.
ExclusivityWhat does the cooldown mean in practice?
When your order is allocated, each record's availability date is pushed 45 days out. During that window no other buyer's search can return it — not under a different industry, not in a different state package. When the window closes the record returns with its sale count incremented. After three lifetime sales it retires permanently.
ExclusivityCan I get the same record twice?
No. Allocation excludes anything already delivered to your account, regardless of how long ago. Order the same filter twice and the second order pulls entirely new records or comes back short — and you're only charged for what's delivered.
InventoryWhat if you don't have enough records for my filter?
The order builder shows live availability for your exact filter and won't let you buy more than exists. If availability drops between building and paying, you're charged only for what's allocated and the difference is refunded the same day.
ComplianceCan I legally text these?
Text messages sit under the TCPA the same as calls, and marketing texts to a wireless number generally require prior express written consent. Records are scrubbed against the federal DNC registry and a known-litigator list, and opt-in records carry a consent timestamp and source URL where available. That is a starting point, not legal cover. You are also responsible for 10DLC registration with The Campaign Registry, CTIA messaging guidelines, honoring STOP and HELP, and your own state rules. Talk to your counsel before you send anything.
BillingHow do refunds and credits work?
Disconnected numbers, wrong-party contacts, and records outside your selected filter are credited back within seven days of delivery, and apply to your next order automatically. Filled orders aren't refunded to card once the file is downloaded.
